If you are one who is challenged getting ideas into action the next 15 mins are just for you

When you put your attention on what it is you love the focus & movement to attain will follow.

If you have conflicts within you or are aimless in your desired purpose. Let it out, write it down in a stream of consciousness & discard it. Then go within yourself & relax to allow your inner knowing or ask for GUIDANCE & help.

In the Dark we see Light. And now in the Northern hemisphere it’s Winter which is the darkest time of the year.

It is also the New Moon which is the darkest time on our planet, as the moon has waned and the light of the stars can be seen even brighter. 

Now is the time to RUTHLESSLY Evaluate & Take Actions towards your goals

  • Be simple
  • Decide what you want, be specific yet
  • Don’t weight yourself down with immediate conditions

AS you EVALUATE it is important to ASK YOURSELF:

  • Is what I’m doing bringing me exactly what I want?
  • If you are not doing what you want, or feel you are not getting anywhere.
  • It makes sense that you evaluate what it is you want & What is important to you.
  • Do I surround myself with people who support my goals?
  • Is what I am doing a practical use of my time?
  • You may want to answer these questions for yourself right now.
  • Where is it I can let go of circumstances or situations that no longer serve me in my life.
  • Have I surrounded myself with individuals & opportunities that bring me closer to what I desire to attain?
  • Where is it that I am holding onto old perceptions – This is where we want to let go of situations or people who no longer hold purpose in our lives.
  • Take a light and illuminate evenly what you are doing daily that shades or uplifts your attainment.

When you are ready take ACTIONS:

  • Only take actions that bring you to your desired outcome right here & right now.
  • Keep it Simple
  • Narrow it down to what really matters. Back to basics. Is this action going 2 serve me now?
  • Be specific & clear in the actions you take. Simplicity is the key.

Only take actions that keep your focus to achieve your desired outcome. Staying present in the NOW.

  • Organize  Yourself, Your space, Your mind –
  • Use your tools to stay on point like: cellphone by setting alarms, reminder & old fashioned note pad to organize your To Do List – taking only the actions that serve what you envision

Then Stick to it Voraciously – if you get derailed, don’t get caught up in an endless circle of judging yourself.

Let it go –

Open yourself to the whisper of wonderings you’ve felt during meditation or could be the loud quaking that demands your attention to act on what you know. Trust that the Universe is certain when it chooses you to move her actions and creativity.

You won’t know it all until the New Year is moving along.

BREATHE, SLOW DOWN then return as soon as you can into right Action. Don’t weigh yourself down with the immediate conditions.

Go back & evaluate to make certain you are not stuck in a closed circle of self-degrading thoughts that keep you frozen and un-moving?

Use your Fear or Disappointment to fuel your passion to attain. To help you re-engage your Life.

If this is a pattern for you, let it go as you soon as you notice the cycle,

then redirect yourself into a Healthier Flow of joy by touching immediately on what it is you DO LOVE:

Maybe it is the surprise reaction of rain on your face, or the feeling of your feet running on the earth as you breath, or the sensation of warmth the sun showers on you or the empathetic embrace of someone one you love.

  • Redirect yourself by having gratitude for this moment in your life. Elevate your thoughts by immersing your focus on what it is that incites your aspirations.
  • Be of service to another to remind yourself what it is you are grateful for in your life.
  • Relax, slowly & deeply breathe inside yourself & take some time to reconnect or root yourself upon this our precious earth. Nurture yourself before you can nourish others.
  • Take time to be still, ‘you time’ to evoke, replenish & refill and create a space so the wisdom & information can flow in. Be Quiet, really be quiet so you will know what feeds your inspirations and revs up your creativity to accomplish your vision.
  • FOCUS consistently on your goals, whether that is awakening a bit earlier & returning to the Source, acquiring $900 Billlion, losing 20 pounds or teleporting to the Sagittarius Dwarf Galaxy
  • Open yourself to the plethora of Infinite possibilities by taking only the actions to achieve your Desired Attainment and the Natural flow of the Universe will automatically rise to meet you

Be patient and allow the fulfillment to come to you. With a little self-discipline & FOCUSED ACTION your desires will manifest.

Ever wonder how to make the transition from being exactly who you are and being who you want to be?

#1 Start by giving yourself permission to be exactly who you are!  I know that sounds too simplistic; yet it is very difficult for many people to accept and present themselves in actuality to their “outer world”. Standing absolutely in the truth of who they are.  We tend to be who we want others to think we are, who we would like to be mirroring those around us or who we hope to be viewed as, in any given moment.

I am sure you have heard the term: “be your authentic self” tossed around a lot in the past few years, across varied milleu’s, not just evolutionary environments.  Who is your “authentic” self?  For anyone having difficulty bringing their “authentic self” to the forefront. Below are a few techniques when practiced as suggested, will help you to go within and begin to identify your “authentic self”.

#2. Spend time alone Engaging in what You love.  Take time unplugged from your phone, computer and all media.  It is important to explore yourself and the physical world around you.  Finding out what is you, what you feel, what sensations you love. To know what it is that brings you happiness and joy; not just that fed to you by your gadgets. Explore the world around you engaged in sensations you love at least three hours a week will help you begin to know what brings you happiness away from all the gadgets, media and noise of humanity. This will give you an opportunity to begin to understand and feel who you are.

#3. Feel inside your body at your belly button and naval. It is important to feel, not think, what the feeling is inside of your belly button, naval and pelvic floor. Most tend to think and rarely feel unless there is some sort of upset or trauma.  If your mind is running you are NOT feeling. Take the time to savor the feeling of your joy and happiness. Many do not feel their true emotions at all. They live in a world of reactionary emotion. For instance reacting to something someone said or didn’t say to them. Then the mind tends to knaw on it round and round. We are all a bundle of organic tissue that thinks or numbs out through life, plugged in yet forgetting to appreciate and explore the very being that we are.

#4. Once in true FEELING only then can you begin to know who you are and expand Yourself into Your “authentic self” and who You want to be.  Relax if it has taken you this long to breath and get to know the true feelings of you, the sensations and experiences that live inside your naval and pelvic floor. It will take time even more time and application to bring forward your “authentic self”. Don’t expect the miracle of you to happen in a flash. Breath and commit yourself to just three hours per week to find yourself inside your glorious form!

#5. Be consistent and constant in applying yourself to who you want to be in your authentic self. Set aside specific time to feed the inner you. When you awake or just before you go to sleep are wonderful opportunities for these exercises. Be quiet, take time to sit or move quietly and feel the inside of you, no thoughts, no mind, absorbed only in your sensations of taste, touch, smell, hearing and sight. Our human nervous system is such an amazing apparatus

Techniques I suggest:  

  • Make a list and engage often in the things you like to: see, hear, smell, touch and taste. Minimum of five to start with then add to your list and revisit it often. Your sensations will change as you unplug and begin to feel more. Those things you like will change as well, so do the list again every six months or so.
  • Stand facing yourself in front of the mirror for minimum of 10 minutes and write down what you feel while looking into your own eyes.  Face the man or woman in the mirror – this will bring you to your “authentic self”.
  • Walk outside in nature indulging your sensations and exploring the world around you. Nature always reflects purely and taking the time to feel what lives inside you will increase your awareness of yourself and the natural beauty that surrounds you.
